The Almond House, a service of St. James Mercy Health, is a low-income transitional housing program designed and committed to helping single mothers grow into healthy self-directed individuals who are nurturing parents and economically self-sufficient. A nine-unit apartment-style complex located in Almond, NY, the Almond House provides a supportive environment where women work with caseworkers to set and meet goals. Potential residents are referred to the Almond House from community agencies and organizations.

Our Hours
Interested parties can reach the Almond House staff at their St. James Mercy Health office, Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm or the Almond House Tuesdays and Thurdays 1pm - 4:30pm.
