St. James Mercy Health’s Dialysis Unit provides a compassionate staff dedicated to improving the quality of life for the end stage renal dialysis patients.
This unit features a 10 station Hemodialysis Unit capable of treating up to 30 patients per day, and a Peritoneal Dialysis Unit which provides training and follow up for the home peritoneal dialysis patient and on site nursing home peritoneal dialysis Resident.
In hospital dialysis treatments are provided on an "as needed" basis. The unit is a pleasant, clean atmosphere with kind, compassionate and courteous staff.

Nursing Care
Trained and qualified nursing staff provides these life sustaining treatments 6 days per week with RN coverage on a 24 hour basis 365 days per year.
